I authorize Premlo Inc. to run and review my personal or business credit report  for the sole purpose of the status of any past or outstanding debt or other such credit information that such agencies normally hold available for credit worthiness evaluation at present or at any time in the future for the purpose of making or monitoring a loan.

I understand that the report is for Premlo Inc. use only and I will not be able to obtain a copy for my own records. However, I understand that a representative of Premlo Inc. may discuss this report with me in detail and I may call the credit reporting agencies individually and obtain my own copy of a similar report.

Premlo Inc. will assist you in submitting applications to 1 to 3 of the preferred credit providers. Some credit providers have direct relationships with Premlo Inc.; however, some will require that we employ our placement skills in order to assist you in obtaining your approval.

You understand that you are working with Premlo Inc. based on a guideline determined by Premlo Inc. however all final approvals and funding will be obtained from preferred credit providers recommended to you by Premlo Inc. We are a loan packaging company and here are some example of who we work with: Private lenders, Peer-to-Peer, factoring, Micro Lending FDIC Insured banks etc. Through our 10 years of experience we will make sure that your application is prepared with accuracy based on the information provided to us by you. We will refer you to our sister companies and our referral paying affiliates to help package your application correctly for a profit for Premlo Inc. For example, if you need credit repair, business credit builder, business plan writers, credit report, incorporation services are some of the many paying services we recommend to help solidify your approval. By using these companies in no way guarantees you a loan. These companies that we refer your application to are not owned by Premlo Inc.
